This package is for candidates who want full coverage of the trading interview process, from the first online assessment through to a final mock interview. In session 1, we'll cover online assessments, including situational judgment tests and the likely question types and strategies for performing well under timed conditions. In session 2, we'll focus on HireVue and other video interview formats, covering behavioral and motivational questions such as why this firm and why trading, along with specific advice for presenting well on camera. In session 3, we'll discuss the likely technical and behavioral questions for your specific role and target firm, and what a strong answer looks like. In session 4, we'll run a full mock interview bringing it all together, with direct feedback on your answers and delivery. After each session, I spend 30 minutes preparing a detailed written summary and feedback covering what we discussed, what to focus on, and specific points to improve before the next stage. I spent nine years as a Managing Director running the EMEA exotic rates and long-dated FX derivatives trading desk at UBS, and 20+ years overall across trading, risk, and valuation at UBS, Deutsche Bank, and J.P. Morgan. I've interviewed hundreds of candidates and hired dozens across these firms. This package draws on that full range, from what an assessment is actually testing for, to what a hiring manager on a trading floor notices in a live interview.
