About Jiahong
Hi, I’m Jiahong — a product leader at Meta, where I’m currently working on generative AI products that are reshaping the future of advertising. Before this, I held key product lead roles at Google. I hold an MBA from the Wharton School and live in San Francisco. But beyond the titles and brandnames, I’ve been in your shoes. I know how daunting career transitions can feel — especially when you’re navigating interviews, facing rejections, or trying to break into your dream company without a clear path. That’s why I coach. Over the years, I’ve coached more than 350 candidates at top tech companies and helped many land roles at FAANG, big techs and leading startups. My coaching focuses on product sense, strategy, execution, analytical thinking, and behavioral storytelling — but equally on confidence, clarity, and mindset. I believe everyone deserves access to great coaching, especially those in transition or feeling stuck. I’ve been there, and I want to help you move forward. Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful the right support and guidance can be. During key turning points in my own career—whether navigating transitions, feeling stuck, or doubting my next step—having a coach made all the difference. It helped me move forward with clarity and confidence. Now, I want to pay that forward. I especially care about making coaching accessible to those who might not have had that support—whether you're exploring new paths, going through a tough pivot, or just feeling unsure of your direction. I’ve been there, and I know how isolating that can feel. Coaching is a way for me to help others break through those moments and build the careers they truly want.
