First time leading a team? Received feedback on your leadership style? Struggling to motivate and inspire your team? This package is for you. This is a 6-week intensive where we'll schedule 1 hour per week to develop your leadership and people management skills. We'll spend the first session diving into your current state and goals as a leader, and then tailor your next 5 sessions accordingly. During each session, we'll focus on a specific skill or tool you want to develop, and we will role play these skills with each other. Between sessions, you'll be trying out your new tools, and then coming back to the next session and sharing how these things are working (or not!) so we can refine and grow from there. We'll be covering topics like: - Setting clear expectations - Overcoming micromanaging tendencies - How to give constructive feedback - Building trust and modeling behavior - Getting leverage from your team so YOU can level up

This style of coaching is very interactive, but don't let that intimidate you! Think of this space as a sandbox where you can experiment with your management and leadership styles, before you use the real thing on your teams. Each 60-minute session will include a mix of coaching (you talking and me asking questions), me sharing a leadership skill, and us role playing work situations you're experiencing (we'll switch roles, don't worry!).
