This is my most flexible package if you aren't quite sure what you need, but you know you need help! We'll start with a 45-minute kickoff session to get to know each other and review your goals and current status. From there, we'll put together a plan of the steps you'll need to take to achieve your goals, and what I can do to help you achieve them. You can decide what you'd like help with vs. what you are confident you can do solo. You have 10 hours of my time to deploy as needed, whether it's live 1:1's or offline reviews. My coaching style flexes with your needs, so can adjust if you need someone more for brainstorming or if you want more tactical "tell me what to do" advice. My most successful clients get a mix of both, and after we meet, I have a good sense of where I can add the most value in your journey.
