You don’t need to sound like everyone else to get into business school—you need to sound like you. I’m a writer and educator who’s helped applicants gain admission to top MBA programs like Stanford GSB by guiding them through the real work of reflection: uncovering what drives them, where they’re headed, and how to express it with clarity and confidence. I specialize in helping applicants turn personal insight into strategic storytelling. About Hannah

Hi, I’m Hannah—a writer, educator, and mentor who believes in the power of storytelling to shape lives and open doors. I hold an MA in Education from Stanford and a BA in Humanities with Honors from NYU, am a Fulbright Scholar to Malaysia, and have authored several peer-reviewed research publications. Along the way, I’ve supported applicants in gaining admission to top programs like Stanford, Columbia, and NYU. But what I care most about is helping people find their voice. Whether you’re staring at a blank page or refining your final paragraph, I’m here to help you bring structure, heart, and clarity to your story—because it deserves to be heard. When I’m not editing essays, you can find me hiking, playing with my golden retriever, or dreaming up my next travel adventure!

Why do I coach?

I coach because everyone deserves to be seen for who they truly are—not just their GPA or test scores. Growing up in a rural community with limited academic resources, I struggled with standardized tests. But through writing—finding my story and learning how to tell it—I carved a path to Stanford, Fulbright, and beyond. Now, I help others do the same. I work with students to uncover what makes them unique and shape it into a story that’s powerful, honest, and unforgettable. Coaching isn’t just about editing—it’s about empowerment. My goal is to help you feel proud of what you’ve written and confident in where you’re headed.
