Package Description:
This package is a series of 10-12 sessions intended to successfully coach you week-by-week throughout your 10-week summer internship and help you get a full-time offer. I have coached hundreds of college students through their summer internship and I have achieved a 75-90% full-time offer. I will ensure you perform at your highest level every week and I will tailor my coaching to your specific experience and needs. Here’s what we’ll cover: - How to prepare before you start on the desk. We will hit the ground running! - How to network within your team, your group, and the bank - How to position yourself for projects - How to prepare for your performance reviews - How to bounce back strong from setbacks....trust me, they will happen! - and much much more! - 3 hours of coaching of post internship full-time job recruiting strategy In addition to our weekly sessions, I will make myself available to you as much as possible. Your success this summer, is my personal success as a coach!
