As the first non-partner hire at BBGV, I've worn many hats across the core components of the job - sourcing, diligence, thesis building and portfolio support as well as managed our portfolio construction strategy, MBA hiring program and creating LP materials. I'm new to Leland and have enjoyed coaching candidates trying to break into venture or who are looking for advice on performing in their role so am excited to kick this off more formally.
