About
I’m a non-traditional HBS admit (coming from construction management), so I love to help others articulate the value in their work experience and find the program that matches their goals! Math and analytics have always been a strong suit for me, but with a mom who’s an author, I’ve always enjoyed the analytics of language as well. Happy to help break down advanced concepts and walk through logical short cuts to help with test taking!

Thomas’s MBA Qualifications
As a current MBA candidate at Harvard Business School, I offer a fresh and firsthand perspective on the MBA admissions journey. I understand not only what top programs are seeking, but also how to strategically position your strengths into a compelling, authentic narrative. My network spans students and alumni across major U.S. business schools, giving me insight into the nuanced differences between programs—knowledge I use to help you identify the best fit for your goals. With a background in Purdue Engineering and Construction Management, I bring a nontraditional path that underscores my belief: distinct experiences, when clearly articulated, are powerful assets in your application. Whether you’re wondering if your background is MBA-worthy, navigating program choices, or honing your GMAT strategy and essays, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Why do I coach?
My first job was math tutoring for K-12 while in HS at Mathnasium, and I’ve always enjoyed framing concepts in new ways to adapt to individuals learning styles! I continued tutoring while at Purdue for all levels of calculus (I-III), and now after my MBA at HBS would be excited to offer coaching on the GMAT and Admissions process!
