Description

An investor, a customer and a strategic partner are not buying the same thing from you. Your customer is buying the product – their problem is the one you solve. Your partner is buying prestige; they want their market to see them standing beside you, and most of them will never use the thing. Your investor is buying neither. They are buying a machine that turns capital into more capital, quickly and reliably, and your customers and partners are the evidence that it runs. Pitch an investor in customer language and you have told them you don't understand the deal you are in. That signal closes doors that were open. Over ten to twelve weeks we build all three stories, and the strategy underneath them: The go-to-market sequenced and dated, your real position in the solutions landscape, the five levers of company value audited, and the valuation logic that says how much you should raise and why. The investor deck falls out of this work rather than being the point of it, alongside the source material for everything else you will need to say to anyone.

What you'll get from this package

Three Money Stories: Investor, customer and partner: Built separately, then made consistent, so each audience hears the deal they are actually in.

A Dated Go-To-Market: Who you sell to, in what order, for what and why – in six-month sprints across three to five years. Not a slide. A plan with dates on it.

The Three-Benchmark Test: Your own instinct, what the data says, and what the market currently believes about itself. These three disagree more often than founders expect, and which one you are leaning on determines which story you are entitled to tell.

The Market Solutions Landscape: Where you genuinely hold an unfair advantage against the alternatives. Not a feature-fight, but a clear illustration of how your DNA sets you apart from everyone else.

A Five-Levers Audit: Team, product, customers, partnerships, capital. Each assessed so that when one of them jams, you already know which of the others still has room to move.

Defense of Valuation and Use of Funds: How much to raise, how much equity to give away and the reasoning behind it, because you only deserve what you know how to spend.

Derived Materials: Investor deck, teaser deck, customer narrative, partner narrative and growth playbook: All extractions of the one document, which is why they stay consistent when the company changes.
