Based on my extensive experience in private equity and investment banking at top-tier firms such as H.I.G. Capital, Warburg Pincus and J.P. Morgan, I'm highly qualified to coach individuals on private equity recruiting. Having spent more than 21 years in private equity, I have led numerous direct investments, co‑investments, and fund investments across Europe. In 2021, I co‑founded Saturnus Capital, where we acquire majority stakes in mid‑market businesses, with a strong focus on succession situations. After several successful exits, I feel a strong desire to give back—supporting graduates and young professionals enter their dream careers in private equity and develop into successful, thoughtful, and well‑rounded investors.

I’ve worked in the private equity industry over 6 years, leading end-to-end deal processes at a middle market firm. I’ve sourced and diligenced deals, sat on boards, and partnered with founders post-close to drive growth and operational improvements. Before that, I worked at a high-growth startup, which gives me a unique operator-investor lens that many in PE don’t have. I coach because I know firsthand how hard it can be to break into (or advance within) private equity — especially without the “standard” background. After graduating from Hamilton College, I worked in investment banking for 6 years, with experience across Goldman Sachs' TMT group in San Francisco and Bank of America's Healthcare group in New York. Today, I am a Private Equity Associate at ZMC, a middle-market private equity firm focused on technology, media, and entertainment. I have firsthand experience recruiting for investment banking internships, lateral positions, and private equity.
