Based on my extensive experience in private equity and investment banking at top-tier firms such as H.I.G. Capital, Warburg Pincus and J.P. Morgan, I'm highly qualified to coach individuals on private equity recruiting. In addition to technical expertise, my experience in mentoring and coaching others has also equipped me with the skills to guide aspiring private equity professionals through the recruiting process. My ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner, as well as my strong network within the industry, can be invaluable in helping individuals navigate the often-challenging landscape of private equity recruiting. After graduating from Hamilton College, I worked in investment banking for 6 years, with experience across Goldman Sachs' TMT group in San Francisco and Bank of America's Healthcare group in New York. Today, I am a Private Equity Associate at ZMC, a middle-market private equity firm focused on technology, media, and entertainment. I have firsthand experience recruiting for investment banking internships, lateral positions, and private equity. At each firm that I've worked at throughout my career, I have made it a point to be heavily involved in the recruiting process and have conducted numerous interviews for a variety of roles. I have navigated the competitive landscape of investment banking & private equity and have successfully mentored numerous clients to secure positions at top firms. I bring 15 years of experience across private equity, growth equity, and public–private investing, having deployed more than $120M across 70+ transactions. As Head of Investments at Catcha Group, a Partner at Turret Capital, and an investor at Sandell Asset Management, I led deal sourcing, deep-dive diligence, operating and valuation modeling, investment committee materials, and post-investment portfolio support. My experience covers middle market, growth equity, and institutional-grade deal processes. In addition to investing, I’ve coached analysts, associates, MBA candidates, and operators on PE recruiting, case studies, financial modeling, and investment thesis development. With graduate degrees from Harvard and MIT, I bring both technical rigor and real-world investor judgment, helping clients understand exactly how PE firms evaluate opportunities and how to stand out in interviews and deal work. My coaching focuses on clarity, structure, and practical frameworks used by actual decision-makers.

I have seven years of experience working in Investment Banking & Private Equity. In the past, I have coached undergraduates, MBA students, and mid-career professionals how to transition into Finance roles. I provide a range of services such as career planning, interview prep, and mentorship. I am a high-energy and driven coach! My focus in Investment Banking was Consumer & Retail and M&A. My focus in Private Equity was Lower Middle Market & Middle Market.

I worked at two generalist private equity firms focused on control investing in the middle market. I was able to successfully navigate the rigorous onboarding process each firm had - including a challenging case study under a time limit. During my experience in private equity, I was given the opportunity to invest in both domestic and international companies (US, UK, Romania) and had an average deal size of $100M. I enjoy helping clients navigate the PE recruiting cycle and strengthen their investment approach, technical capabilities, and nail their PE interviews. After my time in private equity, I was fortunate to attend HBS and can help clients differentiate if they are coming from a traditional background.

I’m the Founder of Zeus Global, an independent PE platform where I’ve led full deal processes — from sourcing and underwriting to diligence and capital formation — across live acquisitions in SaaS and tech-enabled services. Before launching Zeus, I led growth and middle-market investing at a $5B family office, and held investment roles at LeapFrog Investments and the Africa Finance Corporation. I earned my MBA from Stanford GSB. I’ve coached candidates across every stage, from pre-MBA associates and undergrads targeting analyst programs to post-MBA professionals navigating VP-track interviews. I specialize in helping “non-obvious” profiles break in by reframing their experience into an investor-ready narrative and building the technical and commercial acumen that top-tier PE firms demand.
