With the barrier to entry now extremely low, new artists are empowered and in charge of their own destiny as never before. Distribution, music production, content creation, videos, promotion and marketing are inexpensive and within the reach and control of any new artist. A package of 6 initial coaching sessions will enable us to explore the exact approach that will begin to move you forward and equip you with the tools and strategies to gain traction and build an audience, whatever stage of the process you are in. My coaching approach will combine an intimate knowledge of how the contemporary business works, supplemented with pure coaching techniques that will help you tap into your own resourcefulness to move forward with confidence, clarity and energy.

My career began within the UK Record Industry in the late 1980s, running A&R Administration, supporting Recording Artists and creative teams through the ever-changing world of Music Production and Promotion. By the late 1990s I was working in Artist Management, label operations, and Television, rising from a Junior Artist Manager role to ultimately becoming President of the US division of 19 Entertainment, a hugely successful Los Angeles-based multinational Entertainment Company. I lead professional teams, creative projects, and Recording Artists through all stages of creative and professional development surrounding one of the most successful Music and Television properties ever created. In 2014, I shifted into Consultancy, joining the Recording Academy and advising a wide range of Artists, Songwriters, and Music Producers and becoming Head Of Music at Simon Fuller's XIX Entertainment. Today I continue to collaborate in Entertainment and Music relationships that inspire me, while broadening my interests into Professional Coaching, work that has opened up some of the most fulfilling and rewarding experiences of my career. As an ACC accredited International Coaching Federation member and an Advanced Level (PCC trained) Erickson Coaching International Alumni, my coaching work draws on decades of experience in leadership, mentoring, and creative collaboration, helping clients navigate transition, unlock potential, and create purposeful balance in both work and life.
