Former McKinsey & Company consultant with 6 years experience across the San Francisco, New York offices and Johannesburg offices, advising leading financial institutions and sovereign wealth funds on strategy, M&A, AI integration, and organizational restructuring — including one of Wall Street's largest banks, a major US startup bank, and a Gulf sovereign wealth fund where I assessed the feasibility of a greenfield gold mining investment. I went through the McKinsey case interview process twice (pre-MBA at McKinsey Johannesburg, post-MBA at McKinsey US) and know exactly what separates a strong candidate from a passable one. Most recently, I served as CEO of a last-mile logistics company with 35+ employees, giving me an operator's perspective most case coaches don't have — we'll work through real client problems, not textbook ones. I spent seven years at McKinsey, all of which served to help me understand with great clarity what consultants (both at their job, and when they're interviewing candidates) care about, look for, and have curiosity toward when it comes to looking for people with the potential to succeed at top consulting firms. I've managed over 70 consultants and coached over 100 individuals on resume prep, behavioral storytelling, and case interviewing. I believe in breaking down each topic into individual frameworks that help you understand not just how to be successful, but also why the approach works, giving you a roadmap for how to continually develop your skills both in our coaching sessions and in your own individual preparation.
