Welcome to my profile! I began my career in Morgan Stanley’s Consumer & Retail Group in 2018, and then joined TPG in 2021, where I worked across growth and middle market private equity investments. I also worked with TPG’s C-suite to launch TPG NEXT, a GP-stakes fund where I evaluated hundreds of opportunities across asset classes, and was involved in supporting experienced investors in launching and building their own firms. I left in 2025 to pursue my own entrepreneurial journey. During my time at Morgan Stanley I was involved with recruiting, candidate evaluation, group placement, and training of interns and analysts. Having seen the industry from multiple angles, I understand how to position yourself strategically to stand out in your interview process and career. After graduating from Hamilton College, I worked in investment banking for 6 years, with experience across Goldman Sachs' TMT group in San Francisco and Bank of America's Healthcare group in New York. Today, I am a Private Equity Associate at ZMC, a middle-market private equity firm focused on technology, media, and entertainment. I have firsthand experience recruiting for investment banking internships, lateral positions, and private equity. Over 15 years of experience designing and delivering bespoke training solutions to leading investment banks, private equity firms, management consultancies, asset management firms, Fortune 500 companies, top universities, business schools and individuals. Throughout my career, I have accumulated over 8,000 classroom hours, covering a wide range of topics including interview prep, accounting, corporate valuation, financial and business case modeling, M&A and LBO analysis, as well as advanced software techniques in tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. I have also led an annual interview prep workshop for the MBA and MIF programs and mentored students and conducted mock interviews at IE Business School since 2019. Before transitioning to teaching, I spent more than a decade in investment banking with Bear Stearns, Deutsche Bank, and Bank of America, working across the US, Europe, and Latin America. I gained extensive experience in various industries, working on equity and debt financings and M&A transactions. During my banking career, I also developed and led several internal training programs, including new analyst and associate training at Bear Stearns, healthcare-specific training at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America, and a training initiative for a team of analysts in India as part of the firm's offshoring strategy. Additionally, I was actively involved in campus recruiting, resume reviews and interviews. I'm an investor with 10 years of experience across hedge funds, growth equity and investment banking. I started my career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking division for 2 years in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG). I interned at GS in my junior year summer and received a full time offer. I then went on to spend the next year years in the hedge fund world with roles at Citadel and Echo Street (~$15bn long short and long only manager) focusing on both public equities and private growth equity investments. I graduated first class honors from Queen's University and held internships every year of college. My approach is personal.
