Meaningful career change rarely happens through one decision or insight. It often unfolds through action, new information, unexpected challenges, changing perspectives, and continued decision-making. This ten-hour coaching partnership provides the time and continuity to support you not only as you define what you want, but as you begin moving toward it. You set the agenda and determine what meaningful progress looks like. Our coaching may explore professional identity, values, aspirations, leadership, confidence, competing priorities, assumptions, decision-making, or barriers that emerge as you pursue your goals. The extended engagement allows us to work iteratively. You may choose actions or experiments between sessions, then bring what you learn back into coaching. Together, we can explore what changed, what became clearer, what challenged you, and what you want to do next. This creates a continuing cycle of awareness, choice, action, reflection, and adaptation rather than a predetermined program or prescribed career plan. My role is not to direct your career or define success for you. I partner with you through active listening, thought-provoking inquiry, reflection, challenge, and accountability so that you can generate your own insights, make intentional choices, and take ownership of the changes you want to create. This package includes ten hours of live, one-on-one coaching and is best suited for clients seeking an ongoing partnership while actively navigating meaningful professional growth or change.

My coaching approach is collaborative, client-led, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life and career. You set the agenda, define what meaningful progress looks like, and choose the actions you want to take. My role is to create a supportive and thought-provoking space where you can deepen awareness, challenge assumptions, explore possibilities, and make intentional choices. Because this is a longer coaching engagement, our work can evolve alongside you. Between sessions, you may choose to take actions, test ideas, or experiment with new approaches. We can then use future sessions to reflect on what you experienced, explore what you learned, work through emerging challenges, and determine what you want to do next. Rather than following a predetermined curriculum, our work develops through an ongoing cycle of awareness, choice, action, reflection, and adaptation. I use active listening, inquiry, reflection, challenge, and accountability to support that process while keeping ownership of your goals and decisions with you. When information, resources, or professional perspective outside the coaching process may be useful, I will clearly distinguish that from coaching and seek your permission before shifting into another form of support.

  • A client-defined vision for the professional growth or change you want to pursue.
  • Greater awareness of patterns, beliefs, strengths, and barriers that emerge as you move toward your goals.
  • Opportunities to test self-directed actions or experiments and reflect on what you learn from them.
  • Space to navigate obstacles, uncertainty, or changing priorities as they arise rather than facing them alone.
  • An evolving approach to your goals informed by real-world experience, reflection, and new awareness.
  • Stronger self-directed accountability and practices for sustaining progress after the coaching engagement ends.
