Most people recruiting for banking run a campaign with nobody managing it. They do their best but find out too later i.e., how the process works and how decisions are actually made. This is the version with a campaign manager. We work across your whole recruiting window, usually three to four months, in phases / against your cycle's real dates rather than a generic calendar. Phase one builds the assets (up to 4 hours). Resume, a comprehensive "Why IB" story only you can tell, an outreach/networking strategy you can confidently execute, and a target list of banks and groups. Phase two runs the market (2 hours). Two deals across one or two sectors that I research so you are rehearsing something finished rather than assembling it the night before. Analysis will reflect sector trends as well. Phase three is interviews (up to 4 hours). Technicals drilled to fluency, mocks under real conditions, and a scorecard after each one that tells you what to fix in order. We re-scope at the end of every phase. You are not buying ten hours today and hoping they land where you need them in February. This is built for all candidates, including those whose path into banking may not be a straight line — non-target school, career changer, military, clinical, or returning after a gap. I made that move myself, from medicine into banking. I then sat on recruiting teams at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs, where I was promoted to VP and personally screened candidates. I know how a file like yours reads in the pile, because I read them. On the intro call I will tell you two things: whether your timeline is realistic, and whether you need this at all. Some people need three sessions, not the entire campaign.

I made the leap few people make: from clinical medicine to Wall Street. After training as a physician and earning a Yale MPH, I went to Tuck for my MBA and became an investment banker, rising to Vice President at Goldman Sachs after starting in M&A at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, advising on $200M–$11B+ deals. Today, I am an independent sponsor private equity professional. I know exactly what it takes to reposition a clinical or non-traditional background for finance, because I did it. Relatedly, I coach three things I’ve lived: breaking into investment banking, getting into a top MBA program as a non-traditional applicant, and ETA. You can expect direct, structured, high-signal feedback — the same standard I held on a deal team.
