Resume Editing Service
Send me your resume and LinkedIn URL. We start with a 15–30 minute strategy session to unpack your background and work through the questions your materials raise. I then rewrite the resume and send it back with a note on the three questions an IB screener will stop on when they read you. Why this matters. Most candidates treat the resume as a tool to get an interview. It is more than that. It is the asset that shapes the internal conversation bankers have about your candidacy when you are not in the room, and it should be built with that in mind. I sat on recruiting teams at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs, where I was promoted to VP, and I personally screened candidates. I know what makes a profile stand out on that first pass. This is that screen, applied to yours. What I do. I translate your resume into the one-page format bankers expect to see, then revise every bullet so it answers the question a banker is actually asking: what did you do, and what came of it? I flag the lines that would complicate your behavioral interviews later, and position you for coffee chats and every other conversation you will have with a bank. If your background is non-traditional — non-target school, career changer, military, clinical — this is where it gets translated into language a finance reader recognizes. I made that move myself, from medicine into banking. The service will be delivered within a week and I have built it for undergrad, MBA and lateral candidates.

Ex-Goldman VP & Physician | Clients Land at Goldman, Morgan Stanley & BofA
I made the leap few people make: from clinical medicine to Wall Street. After training as a physician and earning a Yale MPH, I went to Tuck for my MBA and became an investment banker, rising to Vice President at Goldman Sachs after starting in M&A at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, advising on $200M–$11B+ deals. Today, I am an independent sponsor private equity professional. I know exactly what it takes to reposition a clinical or non-traditional background for finance, because I did it. Relatedly, I coach three things I’ve lived: breaking into investment banking, getting into a top MBA program as a non-traditional applicant, and ETA. You can expect direct, structured, high-signal feedback — the same standard I held on a deal team.
