Add-on Hour: Pitch Grill, Model Review or Resume, Ex-Citadel L/S

One extra hour, for when you are mid-process or between packages and need one thing sharpened. You pick the focus when you book: 1. Pitch grill. You pitch one long or one short exactly as you would to a PM. I interrupt, push on the numbers and ask the question every PM asks: why hasn't the market priced this in? 2. Model review. Send the workbook 48 hours ahead and I review it offline. A hedge fund model should be simple: an input tab and a model tab, the two or three drivers that move the stock, and one input a PM can change to see the output move. We spend the live time on the defects that matter. 3. Resume or recruiting strategy. Action-led bullets, your target list across multi-strats, single managers and long-onlys, the academy programmes (Citadel CAP, Point72 Academy, Balyasny) and the timeline. I worked at Citadel as a long/short equities investor and went through the full interview process. Every hour ends with three feedback points and one homework item with a due date.
