Interview Prep - Operations & Program Management
Three hours to get you ready for an operations or program management loop. We start with strategy and your story and narratives, then run two mock rounds with real feedback after each. I've been on the hiring side of hundreds of these, so I can tell you what signals the person across the table is actually listening for. Please include a JD so I can position myself as the hiring manager.
What's included
I’m an empathetic leader, so first and foremost, my role here is to understand what’s going on and work back from there. You can tell me what things aren't working in the interview process, I'll tell you what I'd do if it were me and what the interviewers are thinking about as they go through the rounds with you.
- 1. A tightened story, set narratives you'll want to cover and answers to the questions you'll actually get
- 2. Two mock rounds with direct feedback on what's landing and what isn't, with adjustments
- 3. A clear sense of what the interviewer is really evaluating and what specific signals. A plan for closing the loop and handling the offer

Interview and job-search coaching for operations and program roles
I've spent 16 years in Operations and Program Management. I ran Trust and Safety teams ranging from scaling 8 people to 150 globally with Twitter as a client and another from 150 to 450 with Facebook while at Accenture (building most of that headcount myself) eventually owning ProdOps and Account Takeovers at TikTok. Most of what I know I learned by doing the job, usually by getting something wrong first and finding the better way. I hired, promoted and coached the managers on those teams, and coaching them was always the part I loved most. Now I do it on purpose. New managers, people scaling a team that's outgrown its process and anyone interviewing for an operations or program role are my wheelhouse and I'd love to help!
