Build your Senior Leader OS
Leading at scale is designed for experienced leaders whose impact now less depends on what they can accomplish personally and more on how effectively they create clarity, alignment, accountability and results through others. The program focuses on the core shifts required as leadership scope expands: building high performing teams, communicating effectively across levels, navigating conflict and ambiguity, making sound decisions under pressure, and developing others. At its core it is how your presence, behaviors and decisions shape the broader system around you.

Selin Tyler is an executive coach and leadership advisor with two decades of operating experience at Meta, LinkedIn, and Dolby. She has helped scale products from zero to more than $1 billion in revenue, led teams through growth and change, and built go-to-market strategies across complex organizations. That means her coaching goes beyond what’s happening in your head: she brings somatic awareness, real-life perspective, and a belief that meaningful success should be sustainable (and actually enjoyable!).
