My focus is helping you at two critical stages of your career: getting into a top technology company and succeeding once you’re there. If you’re interviewing, I can help you strengthen your product thinking, communicate your experience clearly, and prepare for product sense, behavioral, and other interview formats. I’ve conducted hundreds of interviews, primarily at Meta, and understand what leading technology companies look for when evaluating product and program candidates. If you’re already in the industry, my main mentoring focus is helping you navigate complex organizations and drive decisions effectively. I can help you build alignment, influence without authority, manage competing priorities, and communicate with senior leaders. At Meta, I worked across Reality Labs and Ads, presented to the CTO and other executives, and helped drive decisions across product, engineering, research, design, and operations. I also bring firsthand autonomous-vehicle experience from Zoox, along with experience at Amazon and Microsoft. With an Electrical and Computer Engineering background and an MBA from Chicago Booth, I help clients connect technical depth, product strategy, and organizational leadership.
