At Harvard, through hundreds of hours of training and coaching in the Adaptive Leadership framework with Professor Ron Heifetz, I learned to help leaders distinguish technical problems from adaptive challenges. I deepened my practice focusing on how power and human behavior intersect in complex systems. Through teaching and advising across Harvard, I have developed a deep capacity to listen, diagnose underlying dynamics, and help individuals build their authority and resilience.
