I love mentoring and coaching students and applicants - I regularly volunteer my time with the Berkeley Haas entrepreneurship program by providing course content, speaking opportunities, mentorship hours, and coaching. I also regularly support incoming MBA and MPH students with application review, interview prep, and more. While at Haas, I worked with the MBA & MPH admissions committees for a year and picked up a bunch of tips and tricks to hack the process! Despite being from an overrepresented demographic, I managed to get accepted into all three programs that I applied for (INSEAD, Oxford, and Berkeley). Additionally, I had major financial and time constraints because I already had 2 children (at the age of 28!) before applying to business school. I'm not a naturally good test-taker so I had to be both efficient and creative to pull this off. I was able to get into these programs because I'm strategic, resourceful, and know how to craft a story with the audience in mind. I have a lot of experience teaching/training and am excited to help you craft your story and demonstrate to admission committees that you are unique and that you have a lot of value to add to their programs.

About me I've sat on the other side of the table: as an admissions interviewer for Kellogg School of Management, I've evaluated real candidates and know firsthand what separates an admit from a ding. I've coached 18+ clients through the MBA admissions process and into top-tier programs. I completed the "MMM" program at Kellogg, so I also hold an MS in Design Innovation from Northwestern and separately a BS from Tufts in Quantitative Economics and International Relations.
