My background includes strategic roles in the sport industry (Most recently at Hawk-Eye Innovations / Sony Sports, as well as legal expertise from my time at Kirkland & Ellis and Gilbert + Tobin. I've successfully coached 50+ individuals, helping them navigate MBA admissions, career pivots from law, breaking into the sport industry or general career coaching. I coach prospective MBA applicants who are interested in media, entertainment, and how those industries intersect with the future of tech. Before business school, I worked in management consulting at PwC, and after earning my MBA from Harvard Business School, I successfully pivoted into a role at the intersection of media, entertainment, and technology at Meta. At HBS, I served as President of the Entertainment & Media Club and as VP of Admissions for the African American Student Union, and in both roles I coached students through the MBA decision process and application strategy. My approach is objective and practical, focused on “why MBA” clarity, career strategy, narrative development, and essay review, and I also help with test study strategy and prioritization as someone who took multiple approaches to reach the results I needed and understands that process deeply.

I’m a Stanford Graduate School of Business MBA (Class of 2025) and former U.S. Army Special Forces officer with a track record of coaching applicants into Stanford GSB and other top MBA programs. I work with MBA applicants who want a thoughtful partner in what can otherwise feel like a noisy, high-pressure process. Over the last few years, I’ve supported multiple candidates through their MBA applications by helping them slow down, make sense of their stories, and make choices that truly fit who they are and where they want to go. My role is less about “polishing” and more about helping people see their own journeys clearly and articulate them with confidence. I spent five years at Accenture Strategy as a management consultant, working across industries and functions. That experience shaped how I listen, ask questions, and adapt to people from very different professional and cultural backgrounds. Since then, I’ve worked closely with startups and venture capital firms, and recently co-founded Day 2 Studios, where we partner with early-stage founders on product and strategy. Being close to builders and decision-makers has kept me grounded in how careers actually evolve, not just how they look on paper. As a coach, I focus on clarity, honesty, and long-term alignment. I was one of roughly 30 students admitted to both Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School in my year, earning three prestigious fellowships along the way and later being recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. I earned my MBA from Stanford GSB after initially being turned down, and I know firsthand that success isn’t about becoming “more impressive,” but about becoming clearer, more honest, and more intentional in how you tell your story. I especially enjoy working with nontraditional candidates who have taken risks, pursued unconventional paths, or are charting their own way forward. Before business school, I worked at McKinsey & Company and later led large-scale operations at Rocket Internet and Uber across multiple countries. Since then, I’ve founded and scaled mission-driven companies, including the country's largest worker cooperative, raised capital, served on boards, and won a Tony as a Broadway producer. I coach applicants to articulate not just what they’ve done, but why it matters, how they think, and who they are as leaders. My approach is candid, strategic, and deeply personal. I help you identify the through-line in your experiences, pressure-test your goals, and craft essays that sound like you, not a consultant-written version of you. I’m particularly well-suited to working with nontraditional candidates, reapplicants, and those navigating career pivots, because I’ve lived those paths myself.

After graduating from Harvard College with a degree in Neuroscience, I began my career in life sciences consulting. Currently, I am an MD/MBA candidate at Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan Medical School. I am also deeply involved in health tech entrepreneurship and investing. As such, I bring a unique blend of business and scientific acumen to my coaching. I started my coaching career after graduating from Harvard College and have since helped over 20 students gain admission into every Ivy League School and top BS/MD programs.
