I was in your shoes not so long ago, and I hope to be a trusted coach and resource for you along the way as you work toward admission to a top MBA program. I help prospective applicants develop a clear, competitive strategy by working closely with them to assess whether an MBA is the right next step, strategize the appropriate application round, build a thoughtful target school list, define compelling short- and long-term post-MBA goals, and craft a personal narrative that connects their experience, leadership, and future vision into a persuasive application. As a Student Life Fellow at Wharton, I support admitted students and have been trained to answer nuanced questions about academics, student life, clubs, and the day-to-day experience of an MBA program. I also provide specialized guidance for applicants pursuing Wharton’s highly selective Health Care Management (HCM) program, including how to approach the application and interview process. In addition, I help candidates prepare for Wharton’s unique Team Based Discussion (TBD) interview by strengthening how they communicate, think strategically, and contribute with confidence in a collaborative group setting. I look forward to helping you put forward your strongest application and move closer to your MBA goals.

As an MBA candidate at the Haas School of Business, I bring a unique blend of management consulting and social impact experience to my coaching. My background includes impactful roles at Deloitte Consulting and a private family office, where I honed my skills in philanthropic capital allocation and built an expertise in the climate space. I also bring firsthand experience as a “non-traditional” applicant. Prior to business school, I trained at culinary school in France, giving me a unique perspective on crafting a compelling narrative across unconventional career paths. I’ve navigated both advanced access/deferred MBA programs and the traditional admissions cycle and was ultimately admitted to both Wharton and Haas. I love helping applicants translate diverse experiences into clear, authentic, and competitive applications. I just completed one of the most competitive MBA application cycles in history, earning admission to MIT Sloan (where I'll be attending), Columbia Business School, Kellogg, Booth, and Stern—with interviews at 6 of the 7 M7 schools I applied to. But what truly qualifies me as a coach isn't just my own success—it's my passion for teaching. I currently guest lecture at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and have spent years mentoring Accenture analysts, teaching underprivileged children in India, and leading pro-bono consulting projects. My family's legacy in education taught me that the best coaches don't just know the material; they genuinely care about their students' success. As a strategy consultant at Accenture for 4 years, I've honed the storytelling, analytical, and strategic thinking skills that make MBA applications successful. I've lived this process recently and intimately, tackling diverse essay formats and navigating competitive interview processes. I succeeded as a public university graduate breaking into M7 schools and understand how to position unique backgrounds as strengths. I am a great MBA coach because of the unique process and framework I developed and followed to obtain admission to multiple top 10 MBA programs. I come from a low-income first generation immigrant and college student background. I have experienced first hand what it's like to undergo the application process as an underdog by multiple measures and emerge victorious. In my free time I coach/mentor multiple students and professionals that share my background and have repeatedly heard from them that my advice, clear communication, and encouragement was instrumental in helping them achieve their academic and career goals. Subham Kedia is a venture investor at Hilti Venture, the corporate venture arm of the Hilti Group, where he focuses on investing in technologies transforming the built environment, including AI, robotics, and construction software. Prior to Hilti, he worked across strategy, private equity, and industrial technology at McKinsey & Company, Thoma Bravo, NCR Voyix, Alliance Technical Group, and Capsol Technologies, gaining experience across both operating and investing environments. Subham holds an MBA from The Wharton School, where he pursued a triple major in Finance, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Management. During his time at Wharton, he served as a Teaching Assistant for several business courses, co-founded Alokya — a venture recognized with awards from the Penn Wharton Innovation Fund — and actively mentored founders and fellow students. Beyond his professional work, Subham mentors early-stage AI founders at Outside the Box Ventures and has coached MBA applicants through the admissions process, helping them craft compelling narratives, refine essays, and prepare for interviews. He also holds an MS from Columbia University and a BS from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Subham works with applicants to develop clear positioning, sharpen their stories, and navigate the highly competitive MBA admissions process.

My qualifications here come from sitting on both sides of the MBA experience. I earned my own MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, starting the program in person and finishing online in 2015, when online graduate education was still relatively new. Combined with my other graduate degrees at Northwestern Medill, Harvard, and UIC, I have a real feel for how different learning formats work and what admissions committees across top programs tend to value. I scored well on the GMAT, I understand how applications are actually read, and over the years, I have written dozens of letters of recommendation for applicants. Nearly every one of them has landed at a top program, including schools like Harvard and Columbia. What I bring that many admissions coaches do not is practical business experience. I have founded multiple successful companies, including RevEng Consulting, and have spent more than 20 years in the business world at companies like SAP and LinkedIn. That lets me help applicants move past generic, theoretical essays and build specific, credible stories that resonate with admissions committees. RevEng also regularly hosts MBA interns, most recently a group from the University of Michigan in 2025, so I stay close to what current programs teach and how students are evaluated.

With over 15 years of leadership experience across top financial institutions, I bring deep, real-world expertise in executive leadership, career progression, and organizational strategy. Having managed global, cross-functional teams, led major DE&I and culture initiatives, and served on the Board of Governors for the Institute of Internal Auditors, I understand what it takes to navigate complex corporate environments, advocate for yourself, and step confidently into high-impact roles. As an NYU Stern MBA graduate and Certified Life Coach, my coaching approach blends strategic career development with personalized mentorship. I specialize in helping professionals build executive presence, master high-stakes communication, navigate career transitions, and set actionable goals for long-term growth.
