Since joining Leland, I've coached military applicants into Harvard (2x), Stanford (2x), Columbia, LBS, Duke, and UVA (the last two with scholarships). That includes one Army applicant with a 3.2 GPA and below-average GRE who earned dual admission to Harvard and Stanford. Prior to Leland, I mentored dozens of transitioning veterans into every M7 school. I know the challenges of applying while still in the military because I did it. I was admitted to Stanford, MIT, and Berkeley while on deployment, doing networking calls on a NIPR phone and submitting applications over satellite comms. If you work with me, you won't need to explain to your coach the difference between enlisted and officer, what a TS/SCI is, or what it means to ETS. As a former admissions advisor at MIT, I have firsthand knowledge of evaluating and interviewing candidates. My role as an MBA Admissions Counselor at Stratus Admissions Counseling has allowed me to coach over 100 candidates on application strategy, school selection, and interview preparation, earning top reviews on Poets&Quants and GMAT Club. I graduated from Stanford's MBA program at the GSB in June of 2023. I am a successful deferred MBA and traditional MBA coach with more than 15+ clients receiving acceptances at M7 programs. including GSB, HBS, Wharton, Kellogg, Booth, Columbia, and Sloan for both deferred and traditional MBA applications. At the Stanford Graduate School of Business I was an Arbuckle Fellow and actively involved in various leadership roles, including Co-President of the Sports Management Club, Co-Chair of the Sports Innovation Conference, and Social Committee member on student government. Prior to my MBA, I worked at BCG for 3 years, where I was promoted to the post-MBA role. I spent my undergrad years at the USC Marshall School of Business on a full tuition, merit based scholarship.

When I applied to business school in 2021, I went all-in on just two programs: Stanford GSB and Harvard Business School. It was a high-risk strategy, but it paid off—I was admitted to both.
