With a Bachelor's in History of Science & Computer Science from Harvard University and a deferred MBA offer from Harvard Business School, I bring a unique blend of analytical and strategic expertise to MBA coaching. My experience as a Strategy Consultant at Capital One and IBM has equipped me with the skills to guide clients through the complexities of MBA applications. Additionally, as a former President of the Harvard Black Students Association, I have honed my leadership and communication skills with university leadership, which I leverage to help my clients craft compelling narratives. I have spent nearly a decade working in MBA admissions, first as a member of the admissions committee at Emory University's Goizueta Business School and subsequently as an independent admissions coach. My AdCom experience gave me direct insight into how applications are evaluated, what makes a candidate compelling, and what causes even strong applicants to be passed over. That perspective informs every aspect of my coaching. As a Graduate Admissions Coach, I have worked with clients from the U.S. and abroad, guiding them through every stage of the MBA application process. My clients have earned admission to programs at Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, UPenn, Georgetown, UCLA, NYU, USC, Tuck, Boston University, Imperial College London, the University of Toronto, and many more.

As a Harvard graduate and Columbia Business School MBA Candidate who has built a career in financial services (investment banking and private equity), I am confident in my ability to direct prospective students to successful outcomes and to help them secure spots at their dream school. I am also on a full-tuition scholarship at CBS and would be happy to help students with securing financial support for their degree programs.

I'm an experienced admissions consultant with almost a decade of expertise navigating elite admissions - for my own admissions processes for undergrad (Harvard) and full-time MBA (matriculated at Stanford GSB, additional acceptances to Wharton and many others). Outside of my own admissions successes, I've been a professional admissions consultant, beginning in 2016 with my work as an early hire at CollegeVine, one of the leading (undergrad) admissions consultancies in the US. I've formally consulted with, and informally mentored, countless students across both undergrad and grad school, with many acceptances to Ivies+. Regarding MBA admissions: I navigated my own admissions process with a relatively "nontraditional" background, coming from startups and, further back, self-employment. My view on admissions is one rooted in pragmatism and genuineness; let's dispense with some of the trite advice and focus on what your background offers, the story you have to tell, and why you actually want to go to business school. (And even whether you *should* go to business school! Navigating doubt is, in my opinion, an important part of this process as well.) Beyond admissions, I'm a successful startup operator - most recently as the exited COO of Impactive, a YCombinator-backed political software startup (acquired by ActBlue in 2025).
