I am a 2021 Wharton graduate, with 2 years of professional MBA coaching experience. During my MBA, I coached 15+ MBA students with career guidance, resume critiques, and interview prep. I first encountered MBA coaching when I was applying to matriculate as an MBA in 2019. At that time, I realized how important an MBA coach could be, not only for the specialized toolset and knowledge base, but also for the encouragement during a high pressure application process. I am motivated to be that source of calm and focus during what can otherwise be a stressful application process. I did a lot of research into which MBA programs I wanted to apply to and why. When applying, I carefully crafted a strategy centered around acing the GMAT exam and applying early to my top schools. In the end, I was able to get through the admissions process by getting admitted early into my top school, and in the end, I only had to apply to 3 programs. I was able to navigate this process with a great degree of optimization and I think a lot of that was because I had a clear vision for why I wanted to do my MBA and what I wanted to get out of it. Because I took the time to reflect on my story, I was able to put my best foot forward in my applications and experience great success. I'll now be matriculating to an M7 program this year.
