Since graduating, I built a decade-long track record in senior leadership at Amazon, Uber, Sylvera, and Morgan Stanley — giving me genuine insight into the career trajectories, pivots, and challenges that MBA applicants and graduates navigate. Today I work as a Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach, with advanced training in organisational psychology from the NHS Tavistock Clinic and direct coaching experience guiding senior leaders and MBA students through INSEAD's flagship Personal Leadership Development Programme.
