The MBA admissions process is stressful; people juggle work, testing requirements, career goal mapping and so many other parts of the puzzle. For the past ten years, I've been a steady, encouraging and organized partner to help hundreds of people unearth the authentic story that lives inside them. My clients have receive over $10 million in scholarship offers and have been admitted to every M7 program as well as leading MBA programs across the United States, Europe, and Canada. I have coached candidates from investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, healthcare, real estate, sustainability, marketing, technology, hospitality, education, sales, and other fields, helping applicants from India, Europe, Canada, China, Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Vietnam, and across the United States present their strongest and most distinctive candidacies. Throughout this process, I’ve’ been an active member of The Association of International Graduate Admissions Consultants (AIGAC), a global organization dedicated to enhancing transparency, ethics, and best practices in graduate admissions consulting. I have also been certified as a Leadership Story Lab Story Facilitator, which gives me additional tools to ask the questions that help people reflect upon what is most important to them and connect with the "why" that drives their career goals. I grew up in Russia and I had the privilege of studying at the Higher School of Economics, where I graduated with honors. My career began at EY - Transaction Advisory Services in Moscow, where I juggled a demanding full-time job with a full-time master’s program. In 2017, my work paid off with an international transfer to EY Boston. By 2022, I had realized a dream by joining the MBA program at Harvard Business School. Beyond my professional life, I’ve spent the last 15 years mentoring students in Moscow and Boston through UStrive, and engaging in social consulting projects with non-profits in Boston.
