I recently graduated with MBA from INSEAD. I was invited for the interviews from INSEAD and HBS despite being in an over-represented demographic. As a non-traditional applicant myself, I completely understand your weaknesses and strengths. I found it essential and extremely helpful to get relevant feedback from experts while building a strong narrative in an extremely competitive pool. And I would like to give back to prospective students who are in my shoes to share my experiences and lessons learnt, and provide the right guidance for you to succeed. As a coach, I will help you to reflect your true personality and character as authentically as possible while crafting a strong foundation for your essays and overall application strategy. I not only help my clients coach on applications and school selection but also keep in touch with them through their journey of completing their MBA, help make right career decisions, and share my life experiences with them. With prior clients I have typically focused on: - Writing a standout essay that reflects your personality as a whole considering with what the school is looking for - Adapting your resume to the appropriate MBA school audience - Choosing the right references and how to initiate conversation with them for strong references

Experienced storyteller who loves helping people express their identities and goals through writing. I see an MBA application is more than a set of materials to get you into a competitive program--it's an opportunity to reflect on your life experiences and develop a vision for the rest of your life. I decided to apply to deferred MBA programs just over two months before the Stanford GSB applications were due, helping other friends with their applications along the way. Together, we'll build a plan to make sure you spend time needed to put together a great MBA application and stay accountable to your goals. I'll make the process efficient, enjoyable, and transformative.
