I have completed my MBA at Stanford and an MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School, and I was a Recruiting Director for BCG Boston's Empower program - a recruiting program focusing on Black and Latinx MBA candidates. I have a lot of experience supporting individuals with non-traditional backgrounds who are considering an MBA or a career in consulting. I have also supported a lot of candidates from Latin America, and coming from minority backgrounds. Since 2017, I have advised 10+ individuals applying to top MBA programs. For example, during my time at BCG, I have helped associates applying to top schools, deciding whether to pursue a dual-degree, choosing schools etc. I have also supported members of other networks who were interested in applying, especially from Latin America. Some of my coachees have been admitted to top schools, such as Stanford, MIT, HBS, Wharton and others.

I'm great at helping you convey your stories with clarity, and getting your word count down to your essay's limit with flair. I've helped several folks get into M7 and beyond programs by helping them tie their experiences to their business school goals.

Coaching others for their development is what I do best and the thread that runs throughout my entire career. As an educator, I coached students in developing & sharing their stories and supporting them in their personal growth, including coaching two high school clients to admission at the University of Pennsylvania and Georgia Tech, both clients' first choice schools. At the Stanford GSB, I spend most of my extracurricular time coaching others in personal narrative development as a TALK Coach, where I coach dozens of classmates on preparing and sharing their stories with the rest of their classmates. I coach for those who are in education & social impact and are considering pursuing an MBA to expand their impact or pivot. I got into Stanford GSB's deferred MBA program and have helped hundreds of college students navigate similar paths through founding HeadStart Fellowship. Over the past few years, I've coached students who've landed deferred admits at top programs, including another Stanford GSB acceptance. My approach is straightforward: I know what works because I just went through it. I understand the entire process from GMAT prep and essay strategy to school selection and career positioning. Having worked in private equity and now building my own company, I get both the traditional finance path and the entrepreneurship route that many deferred programs value. What makes my coaching different is that I'm not decades removed from the college experience. I graduated from UT Austin last year, so I understand the real challenges students face today.
