As a Yale MPH and current Kellogg MBA in the Healthcare@Kellogg and Strategy pathways, I understand how top business schools evaluate candidates and how to craft compelling, high-impact applications. Over the past two years, I have advised 17+ applicants across traditional, deferred, and part-time MBA programs. Prior to business school, I worked across product, operations, and finance roles at Amazon, Capital One, TD Bank, and high-growth startups, allowing me to coach candidates from nontraditional and international backgrounds with real-world context. My approach is candid and outcome-focused: I help clients understand what truly matters in the admissions process, craft clear and authentic narratives, and approach business school intentionally as both an admissions decision and a long-term career investment.

As a Columbia Business School MBA graduate and MBA Admissions Ambassador, I've helped prospective students understand what top business schools look for through admissions events, information sessions, and one-on-one mentoring. I've also coached applicants through Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), mentored veteran MBA candidates, and led multiple MBA admissions briefings. To date, I have coached over 50 MBA applicants from a wide range of professional backgrounds. While I specialize in working with military veterans, I have successfully coached candidates from consulting, finance, technology, healthcare, nonprofits, entrepreneurship, and other industries. I got into both Stanford GSB and Harvard Business School with a profile that didn't fit the standard mold: an international upbringing, a non-linear career, and no obvious "hook" on paper. What got me in was learning how to tell a coherent, honest story about who I am and where I'm going. That process, figuring out how to position yourself authentically, is exactly what I help clients work through. Since business school, I've informally coached multiple candidates through the MBA application process, several of whom have been admitted to top programs. I focus on the things that actually move the needle: sharpening your "why MBA, why now" narrative, making your essays specific enough to be memorable, and helping you figure out what's genuinely distinctive about your path (even if it doesn't feel that way to you yet).
