About
I've been a coach-practitioner for over a decade, supporting 2K+ clients across a wide variety of professional services and business development roles. I primarily support clients with resumes, LinkedIn profiles (and strategy), interview preparation, offer negotiation, and cover letters. Professionally, I've worked for some of the bigger consulting firms, as well as in-house at multiple Fortune 100 companies. In all of these roles, and through business school, I was closely involved in the hiring and decision-making process.
Why do I coach?
I have always enjoyed helping people overcome obstacles and maximize their potential. It's almost like being a consultant for an individual, rather than a company. It starts with "what are we looking to achieve" and ends in tangible results.
