Admits to HBS, Stanford, Wharton, and INSEAD. Most of the people I coached came in convinced they were a long shot. The profile was never the problem. The framing was. I also now interview candidates as an alumni interviewer for INSEAD, so I've seen both sides of the table: what actually lands, and what doesn't. And unlike most coaches, I'll help you think past the application itself: whether the degree makes sense for where you want to go, what the post-grad paths really look like, and whether the tradeoffs are worth it. That conversation doesn't come up enough — but it's usually the most important one.

As a triple admit to top MBA, JD, and Public Policy programs, I bring a wealth of experience surrounding joint degree program admissions including identifying best-fit programs for career growth, crafting a compelling narrative to fit your target institution, and ensuring GMAT and LSAT scores meet institutional requirements. Prior to graduate school, I spent 3 years at the Boston Consulting Group, and have supported multiple consultants in their application efforts to both MBA programs and JD programs. I also have a diverse set of experiences in the non-profit and advocacy space, with experience supporting 'non-traditional' candidate applications. Since completing my bachelor's degree in 2022, I have received both the Schwarzman Scholarship and Princeton in Asia Fellowship, and have also been admitted to Harvard Business School via the 2+2 deferred admissions program (in addition to admission into the deferred programs at UChicago Booth, Columbia Business School, Northwestern Kellogg, and more). I have extensive experience with crafting personal statements, securing letters of recommendation, preparing for behavioral interviews, and general application strategy. With a Doctorate of Education from Northern Illinois University, over a decade of experience on the faculty at The Ohio State University, and 25 years of diverse higher education career experience in total, I bring a wealth of knowledge in navigating graduate education and education career development. I also have deep knowledge in my areas of focus: educational psychology, research methods, instructional design & technology and online teaching and learning. I have years of experience as a hiring manager in education and I have been actively involved in admissions decisions for graduate programs, providing me with a deep understanding of what academic institutions are looking for in graduate school applicants and career professional candidates. My experience includes mentoring new and advanced doctoral and master's students and helping them navigate the complexities of graduate school applications, program matriculation, academic coursework success, and thesis/dissertation completion.
