I worked for two summers at BCG in college and worked there for 2 years after undergrad. I used this experience to start a club at Harvard with the express aim of helping underrepresented backgrounds break into the consulting industry. All of this experience has given me an intimate understanding of the interview process, the job, and how to effectively coach people in this domain.

With extensive experience at Bain & Company, where I served as a Manager in the Private Equity Group, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my coaching practice. During my MBA I received two MBB offers + a Tier-2. Upon leaving Bain I received another MBB offer and another Tier-2, as well as other offers. I spent five years at McKinsey, where I worked across technology, digital, analytics, and strategy engagements. Since then, I’ve led consulting, technology, and operations teams at Qualtrics and built two companies of my own. A big part of my career has also been developing other people. I’ve coached teams of consultants and internal consultants, trained 50+ Technical Consultants at Qualtrics on how to deliver an exceptional client experience, and interviewed 100+ candidates for McKinsey. That experience is actually what led me to build UpLeveled. I’ve found that many of the skills that make someone an exceptional consultant—handling a difficult client conversation, communicating clearly with executives, giving feedback, influencing without authority, or structuring an ambiguous problem—are hard to learn from a slide deck or a class. You get better by practicing them. UpLeveled uses AI role-play to make that kind of practice much easier to scale. Hello and welcome to my profile! I have a rather complicated route to where I got today, with a background in management consulting in a variety of subject matters, industries, and countries. For the last few years, I have been developing my skills at a specific (green) Big 4 Consultancy, working in both Washington, DC, and London. Over the years, I have honed in on my interests, passions, and skillsets, moving from audit to financial consulting to human capital consulting, and want to help you do the same! My journey began at PwC, where I developed a strong foundation in public sector consulting, before moving to my current company and trying out both private sector human capital consulting and working internally with our member firms around the world. Over the years, I've successfully coached multiple people in my company, assisting them to find roles internationally as I've done. I can't wait to help you work through the intricacies of the consulting application process, give you tips and tricks for networking, and be a general source of advice and wisdom as you navigate the crazy world of Big 4. At Deloitte, I helped launch and scale a new Strategy & Analytics practice, leading the first pilot and helping grow it into an eight-figure business. I worked across commercial strategy, government and public sector, AI and data strategy, and internal innovation roles. I was selected for Deloitte’s Graduate School Assistance Program (GSAP) and completed my MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. I successfully recruited at Bain and McKinsey (as well as other non-MBB firms), and spent several years in consulting in Bain's New York office. There, I reviewed resumes as part of Bain's Associate Consultant recruiting process and have six years of experience coaching candidates (through the initial preparation, resume review, case interview, and decision-making processes). I've run hundreds of mock case interviews, and I pride myself on providing detailed, actionable feedback.

While at McKinsey I was an interviewer, so I know the interviewing process, what works and what doesn't, having been through it with countless candidates. I also mentored and coached prospects as they considered joining.

When I graduated from Dartmouth in 2021, I had no idea what industry to work in, so made the classic jump onto the consulting bandwagon. Fast forward to now, and I'm so glad I did. I bring a wealth of experience from dozens of consulting engagements at Fortune 100 companies, and I'm here to help you navigate the competitive and confusing landscape of strategy / management consulting. As a Senior Strategy Consultant at Accenture who rose from the ranks of a junior analyst, I'm versed in classic strategy consulting skills such as market sizing, GTM advisory, product development, and deep competitive/customer research analysis across diverse industries such as high tech (semiconductors and datacenters), energy, transportation, aerospace, healthcare, and more.
