Extensive experience as a Vice President of Operations in leading Executive Directors and Administrators in healthcare settings. I have assisted with various acquisitions of nursing home facilities and their immediate financial success. Successfully ran one of the most profitable nursing homes in all of Texas. I specialize in developing healthcare teams, setting goals, making decisions quickly and developing new leaders.

Throughout my time at Accenture, I have been able to acquire an understanding of not only the work consulting firms do but also the ins and outs of workplace culture, especially when it comes to entry-level employee expectations and desired strengths.
