I joined Bain as an Associate Consultant and stayed until I became a Manager. In the meantime, I managed to get transferred twicce (from Dubai to Los Angeles to Washington DC) and get sponsored to study my MBA. My global and long-term experience at Bain has helped me understand the ins and outs of consulting. I have used this experience to help applicants (including my MBA peers) get offers at Bain & Company.

Having started my career at Deloitte Consulting (from analyst to manager/case leader), I understand how to get into a top consulting firm and how to leverage those skills to accelerate your career. My goal is to empower leaders like you to accelerate your consulting careers, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful personal and professional growth. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles at top companies such as Deloitte, Bill.com, Intuit, LinkedIn, and PayPal. At Bill.com, as VP of Product Management, I played a key role in driving the company’s revenue growth by over 10x to >$1B ARR. These experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of what it takes to lead with impact, drive innovation, and build high-performing teams. I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Drawing on my own non-linear career journey, I provide personalized coaching to help leaders stand out, achieve their next promotion, plan strategic career moves, or prepare for new and exciting roles.

I started my career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and grew up through the Firm to Sr. EM (while also taking advantages of sponsorship for Secondment and my Kellogg MBA). In addition to my experience at the firm, I've lead recruiting and case coaching initiatives - both formally at McKinsey, and while at Kellogg - helping to case coach peers to offers at McKinsey, Bain and BCG. I specialize in helping candidates develop and tell their unique story - and leveraging that story to craft a compelling resume, optimize their LinkedIn presence, drive their networking strategy, shine in interviews and ultimately succeed on their first client project (yes - if you do get an offer, I'm here to help you navigate your first days, months or years as a consultant).

I broke into management consulting despite studying political science at a non-target school. I taught myself casing and secured full-time offers at Dalberg and Roland Berger preceded by a summer internship at PwC. I was promoted thrice at Dalberg and left as a Senior Consultant (1 level below Project Manager).

I’ve cased with dozens of preparing interviewers who have gone on to receive offers at McKinsey, Bain & Co, Bain Capital, LEK Consulting, and others! I have received full time offers in Management Consulting, Private Equity, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, and AI operations. I also ran the BYU PE/VC association and have mentored 20+ individuals that have placed into PE/Growth/VC, both directly out of undergrad and after a 1-2 year analyst program in consulting or IB. Left consulting as the first US hire for a Y Combinator backed company to lead GTM Strategy, Sales and Implementation.
