I've navigated the early-career job search firsthand. Out of Vanderbilt, I joined AlphaSights, where I grew from Summer Associate to Client Services, Service Excellence Manager, and Capital Markets roles. I'm now getting my MBA at Stanford GSB as a Forte Fellow, and along the way I've led ecommerce at a startup and spent a summer consulting at BCG. I've recruited for consulting, finance, and startups, and learned what it takes to figure out which roles actually fit you. I help college students and recent grads cut through the noise: identifying the jobs that make sense for them, building a smart target list, and preparing for interviews with mock sessions and honest feedback.
