I've also spent the past 8 years as a mentor to high-potential high schoolers attempting to get into top 20 undergrad programs. About Kaley
Hi, I’m Kaley — an HBS MBA and Amazon product leader who has navigated several career pivots myself, including moving into tech, exploring consulting after business school, and ultimately returning to product. That experience makes me especially helpful for applicants who are using an MBA to change industries, functions, or career direction — and who need to explain those transitions in a way that feels intentional rather than scattered. I’m especially helpful for candidates who: * Are pivoting into tech or product * Have nontraditional or cross-functional backgrounds * Are still refining their post-MBA career goals * Are targeting HBS and other top MBA programs * Are considering MBA/MPP or other joint-degree programs I was also admitted to Harvard’s MBA/MPP pathway and ultimately chose to pursue the MBA alone, so I can help applicants think through both admissions strategy and the practical tradeoffs of joint degrees. My coaching focuses on finding the through-line in your experiences and making sure your essays, resume, and interview tell one cohesive story.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how hard it can be to make sense of a career that doesn’t follow a straight line. I’ve made multiple pivots myself, and some of the most valuable advice I received was from people who helped me see the through-line in my experiences before I could fully see it myself. I love helping applicants do the same: figure out what is actually distinctive about their story, get clear on where they want to go next, and build an application that feels authentic rather than overly manufactured.
