Data & Analytics Leader Helping Analysts Put AI to Work on Real Data
I have spent 15+ years in data and analytics, most recently as Senior Director of Data Transformation at Practising Law Institute, where I led a team of 7 (including two Director-level reports), ran the Microsoft Fabric evaluation and rollout, and built a RAG-based knowledge assistant on the organization's own reports. Before that I led analytics at MRM and Merkle (including Starbucks promotion and incremental-lift measurement), worked in learning analytics at Stellantis, and spent 7+ years at The Home Depot as a senior analyst and manager. Today I run Palavir, where I build AI-assisted analytics and data tools every day. I coach people who want to use AI to do analytics work faster and more reliably, without trusting output they have not checked. As a manager for about six years, I coached my own analysts and managers, including two Director-level reports, on analytics craft, stakeholder work and career growth.
