About
Hey, I'm Jacob! I coach in two worlds that share one thing: measurable results. For students, that's the GRE. I scored 333, and I help students get there with structured prep built on spaced repetition, plus a hybrid package that pairs 1-on-1 sessions with an on-demand course. For business owners and marketing leads, that's pipeline. I'm Managing Director at WSI, previously VP at Digitas Health, Associate Director at Merck, and Digital Strategy Consultant at Accenture. I help businesses use AI and marketing systems to generate leads, follow up reliably, create content that ships, and get found in AI search answers. The common thread is how I work: diagnose first, build a system, measure what changes. Every engagement starts with a free intro call, and most work blends live sessions with async work so progress doesn't wait for the next call. Pick the category that fits what you need: GRE, Marketing, or AI for Sales & Marketing.

Experience level: Director
I help business owners use AI where it actually moves revenue: getting found when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI answers, and building content and follow-up systems that run without adding headcount. I'm a WSI-certified independent consultant, and previously VP of Data and Analytics at Digitas Health, Associate Director of Marketing Strategy at Merck, and a Digital Strategy Consultant at Accenture. I've used AI in marketing for clients since 2017 while at Accenture, and have continued to use it as it's rapidly evolved since then. I also use these systems daily in my own agency work, from AI search visibility to automated outreach and reporting, so this is operator coaching, not theory. If you want AI to do a specific job in your marketing, not just generate more content, that's the work we do together.

Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how overwhelming the GRE can feel—especially if it’s been years since you’ve done formal math or academic writing. I’ve seen how the right support can completely shift a student’s mindset, turning confusion into clarity and anxiety into confidence. (I've been where you are now!) What motivates me most is helping people realize that success on the GRE doesn’t come from being a “natural test-taker”—it comes from having the right strategies, the right structure, and someone who knows how to adapt to your unique learning style. I love breaking complex concepts into approachable steps, and I’m especially passionate about applying learning science tools to help my students study more effectively and efficiently. Coaching is about more than just boosting scores (though we’ll definitely do that). It’s about helping people open new doors—grad school, fellowships, career changes—and knowing I played a part in that journey is incredibly rewarding. On the business side, I coach for the same reason. Owners are drowning in AI tools and marketing advice, and most of it never turns into pipeline. I like taking something overwhelming, turning it into a system with clear steps, and watching the numbers move.
