Hugh Gingell

I bring a cross-disciplinary background across investment banking, corporate law and consulting recruitment. I worked in Low Carbon Transition and Project Finance at BNP Paribas, gaining experience in financial modelling, transaction analysis, credit metrics and deal execution. Before banking, I worked at Ashurst on major M&A, restructuring and infrastructure transactions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, transaction documentation and execution. I have also successfully navigated competitive recruitment processes across leading investment banks and consulting firms, securing an offer from Bain. As a coach, I help candidates strengthen their technical knowledge, structure compelling behavioural answers and communicate with confidence. My coaching style is direct, practical and tailored to each candidate’s background and target role.
