I believe that my 8,000+ hours of full-time GMAT coaching experience over the past 12 years, the demonstrated success of my students in achieving the scores they need to further their careers, and the long list of top schools to which my students have been accepted speaks to my solid qualifications.

I got 4.0 in undergrad but I am not a standardized test taker. I studied for the GMAT for 1 year and wasted a ton of time studying the wrong thing. But, I managed to go from a 530 to a 730 (Q49) within 2 months of focused, guided effort from a coach and want to share that knowledge with you. The practice exam before my final test was a 760.

With over a decade of experience in test preparation, including my current role as an instructor and coach at Target Test Prep, I specialize in helping students achieve their GMAT goals. My journey began with a 99th percentile GMAT score, which led to my selective hiring at Manhattan Prep, where only 99th percentile scores are considered, and 7% of those are chosen. Since then, I've coached many individuals, guiding them to improve their scores and gain admission to top business schools. My approach is rooted in authenticity, humility, and expertise, as reflected in my average teacher rating of 3.95 out of 4. Let's work together to create a personalized plan to conquer the GMAT and reach your dream school!

GMAT success requires a high-level operational mindset, razor-sharp executive functioning, and an advanced command of data-driven decision-making under tight constraints. Having guided elite candidates through complex career pivots and highly selective business school transitions for two decades, I understand that traditional, rote instruction completely overlooks the psychological discipline needed for this exam. I specialize in refining cognitive strategy for transitioning executives and high-achievers who have hit a score plateau. By analyzing how your brain naturally processes complex data modules and handles pacing pressure, I design a personalized strategic blueprint that optimizes your performance when the clock is ticking. Once we have gained a clear understanding of strengths and weaknesses in regards to the test structure and question types, we establish a set of general navigation rules to practice, while zeroing in on specific areas of the test to eliminate wasted time and structural bottlenecks; Finally, we build up decision-making stamina until it is unshakable, and reclaim learning agency for long-term career mastery!

I spent a VERY long time studying the GMAT only to come up very short on GMAT math. Twice. Then I spent weeks doing nothing but studying those who ACED the exam, with an emphasis on those who did so after having middling scores. The result was a big change in my study and practice process. And I went from 54th percentile math scores TWICE after lots and lots of study, to getting the effective high score on the GMAT Math after only a couple months of study with my new process. I will show you exactly how I did it so you have the same framework and standards I had.

Have taken the GMAT twice, scoring 750 and 770 consecutively. I have coached colleagues as well, who both received 740+ scores. Specifically focused on the verbal reasoning and quant reasoning sections.
