Description

Returning to Yourself is a four-week live online mindfulness course for people navigating work, study, change, and everyday life. We’ll practice returning attention, listening to the body through stillness and movement, meeting manageable difficulty with care, and caring about what matters without assuming control over every outcome. We make room for your real life—your strengths, relationships, culture, responsibilities, and resources—as well as meaning, connection, creativity, joy, and belonging. Both package sizes include four 90-minute group classes, an optional Practice & Integration Companion, and selected guided-practice recordings. The Plus option adds one private 60-minute appointment. No meditation experience is needed. Sundays, November 15, 22, 29, and December 6, 2026 12:00–1:30 PM Pacific / 3:00–4:30 PM Eastern

What you'll get from this package

Foundational practices: Adaptable mindfulness practices for attention, body awareness, self-compassion, and balanced presence.

Workable anchors: Explore breath, sound, sight, contact, and movement as places to rest and return attention.

Practice resources: An optional Companion and selected guided-practice recordings to revisit between classes.

Your own practice map: Notice what supports you, what you may adapt, and what you may choose to leave.

Coaching delivered via live sessions and .

Each class follows a familiar rhythm: arrival, brief teaching, guided practice, private reflection, shared inquiry, and closing integration. You’re invited to explore, not perform. You may keep your eyes open, move, change anchors, pause, or stop. Sharing and cameras are optional; listening counts as participation. Between classes, the Companion and recordings offer invitations—not assignments. There is no required homework or practice streak. I’m Gloria Cindy Anglón, NBC-HWC. This second RTY cohort continues my mindfulness teacher-training practice through MMTCP. The teachings have Buddhist roots; no religious affiliation is required.

Refund Policy

Each enrollment is for one participant in the four scheduled group classes. Missed group classes are not individually rescheduled, and full-class replays are not provided. Before attending, participants complete a brief registration, participation waiver, and recording acknowledgment. Full group sessions are recorded privately for facilitator learning and MMTCP mentor review. Selected teacher-led guided-practice segments may be shared with registered participants. Teaching discussions and shared inquiry are not distributed as course recordings. The Personalized Support option includes one private appointment, not ongoing individual or messaging support. The course provides mindfulness education; the optional coaching session is nonclinical. Neither provides psychotherapy, trauma treatment, medical care, or crisis support. Cancellation and refunds follow the policy displayed at enrollment. No additional financial contribution is expected.

MIT, Harvard & NBC-HWC | Career Clarity, Transitions & Next Steps

You may be considering a career change, returning to work after time away, exploring a new professional direction, or wondering whether the path you're on still fits the life you want to build. Career decisions aren't always straightforward. They can involve questions about purpose, financial stability, identity, responsibilities, belonging, and what feels possible in your circumstances. You don't need to have a five-year plan—or even know exactly what you want—before we begin. I bring more than 20 years of experience in higher education, advising, professional development, and program leadership, including work at MIT, Harvard, and the University of Maryland. Throughout my career, I've supported students and emerging professionals as they navigated educational pathways, professional opportunities, institutional expectations, and consequential decisions about their futures. I'm also a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), bringing training in motivational interviewing and behavior change alongside a mindful, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach. Together, we can explore your strengths and transferable experiences, clarify what matters to you, consider possible directions, examine opportunities and tradeoffs, and identify manageable next steps. We'll pay attention not only to your aspirations but also to the relationships, resources, responsibilities, and systems shaping your choices. My role isn't to prescribe the right career or define success for you. It's to help you understand your options more clearly and make informed choices that fit your goals, your circumstances, and the life you want to build.
