Craig’s Life Coaching Qualifications

Experience level: Manager
Welcome! I believe meaningful personal growth begins with clarity about what matters most to you, the confidence to make intentional decisions, and a commitment to turning your goals into action. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, feeling uncertain about your next chapter, or simply looking to create a more fulfilling and balanced life, I'm here to help you move forward with purpose. I'm a Certified Executive Coach with more than 500 hours of coaching experience and 125 hours of ICF Level 2 coaching education. I also hold the U.S. Navy's Level 4 Certified Coach qualification (AQD 298), with additional coaching specializations in Strategic Planning & Execution, Power & Influence, Culture Change, and Communication Impact. My background spans military command, corporate leadership, and management consulting, including experience at McKinsey & Company and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. These experiences have reinforced my belief that success is personal, and that meaningful progress requires understanding your values, priorities, and aspirations—not simply achieving the next professional milestone. My coaching approach is supportive, practical, and personalized. Together, we'll explore what's important to you, identify obstacles and limiting assumptions, strengthen your confidence and decision-making, and develop actionable strategies for achieving your goals. Whether you're seeking greater direction, navigating change, building healthier habits, or working toward a better balance between your personal and professional life, my goal is to help you create meaningful, sustainable progress.
