My background includes leading teams within McKinsey's Social Health and Public Entities practice, where I focused on improving the lives and health of citizens through government projects. Why do I coach?
I know what it takes from both sides of the table. I went through McKinsey's full interview process myself, and more recently I've interviewed candidates for the Firm, so I know exactly what interviewers are looking for. During my time at McKinsey, I coached nearly 50 candidates through case preparation. The Firm had a profound impact on the trajectory of my career, and I care deeply about helping others get that same opportunity.
