As a McKinsey Manager, I led teams and helped junior consultants learn to think in hypotheses, not frameworks. I coach you the same way. Every session is a realistic, interviewer-style case, followed by specific feedback on structure, maths, synthesis and communication. We start with a diagnostic, focus on your biggest gaps, and track progress so every hour moves you closer to the offer.

Why do I coach?

I know what it takes from both sides of the table. I went through McKinsey's full interview process myself, and more recently I've interviewed candidates for the Firm, so I know exactly what interviewers are looking for. During my time at McKinsey, I coached nearly 50 candidates through case preparation. The Firm had a profound impact on the trajectory of my career, and I care deeply about helping others get that same opportunity.
