About Ren

Hi, my name is Ren, and I am a current HBS 2+2 deferred admit executing on global streaming & partnerships strategy at Peacock, NBCUniversal's streaming service. The media & entertainment space has been my home for the past few years, with me working in companies including Paramount, BBC Studios, Amazon and Disney. I also have roots within the activist space, and founded a national non-profit for BIPOC queer & trans communities during my abroad semester in Germany, and am currently serving as an Emerging Leader Council member for the Ali Forney Center in NYC. With my passion for authentic representation and inclusion, I am dedicated to helping aspiring MBA candidates, particularly ones coming from untraditional backgrounds, navigate the admissions process and achieve their goals. As a dual admit for the deferred HBS and GSB programs, as well as Wharton and Columbia, I have learned what works when pitching yourself to admissions committees.
