I worked primarily with a regional retail client to optimize their ecommerce site and shopping app. I co-managed a complex design system, conducted user research, and designed solutions to increase conversion rate. I then worked with developers to build out improvements to the shopping experience, QA test changes, and assess their impact on user behavior.

This included managing a small team of designers, developers, and other specialists to create targeted content. I guided clients through audience definition, customer journey mapping, and brand messaging. Additionally, I spearheaded rebrands, managed website projects, built asset libraries, and designed for numerous digital communication channels.
